Acer is now world’s first Chromebook developer with a 15.6-inch Chromebook. The new Acer Chromebook 15, is the first Chrome OS powered device with big 15.6-inch display screen. The company will unveil this Chromebook at the Pepcom’s Digital Experience Event next week in Las Vegas. Talking about the features, Acer Chromebook 15 comes with 16GB and 32GB SSD options, along with 2GB and 4G RAM respectively. The price of this Chromebook in the U.S. is $249.99 and the company is yet to launch it in other countries including India. Chromebook 15 is comes with Intel’s fifth-gen Core i3 or fifth-gen Celeron processors (depending on the market). As well as announcing the new Acer Liquid S2 smartphone, Acer has added a new Android tablet to their range with the launch of the Acer Iconia A3. The Acer Iconia A3 features a 10.1 inch display that features a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, processing comes in the form of a quad core cortex A7 1.2GHz processor. Other specifications on the Acer Iconia A3 include a 5 megapixel rear camera for photos and video, plus a choice of either 16GB or 32gB of built in storage.
