As per sources Chiranjeevi's 151st movie is going to be launched on Ram Charan's birthday i.e March 27. As promised by Ram Charan, he is going to be the producer for his father's 151 st film too. The shooting of the film is likely to start in the middle of May.  Among other details reportedly confirmed, PA Vindo has been confirmed as the cinematographer whereas hip-hop Tamizha would be providing the music for the film. Chiru has made a sensational comeback with Khaidi No 150 and proved that he is undoubtedly, the baadshah of Tollywood. No wonder, Ram Charan is all set to be the producer for the subsequent film as well.

Is the Megastar planning to arrive earlier than planned? Buzz in the industry is that Chiranjeevi’s comeback film may arrive earlier than planned release on January 13. The latest date one is hearing in the industry is that of January 11th which would mean preponement by two days. It would be a Wednesday release as opposed to Friday release initially. This is a very huge paycheck considering her popularity and demand. If sources are anything to go by, actress Anushka Shetty is all set to team up with megastar Chiranjeevi in his highly anticipated 150th film, which will be the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster "Kaththi". Tentatively titled "Kathilantodu", the project will be directed by V.V. Vinayak. "Anushka has already been approached and she has also given her verbal consent. However, she is yet to officially sign on the dotted line. Since she has two more Telugu projects in her kitty, she is figuring out dates to allocate," a source from the film's unit told IANS. It's official! Chiranjeevi's 150th film was launched on Friday morning at Ram Charan's production office in Jubilee Hills. The Megastar will be seen in the Telugu remake of director AR Murugadoss'  Kaththi  to be directed by VV Vinayak. Chiranjeevi, 60, moved away from films when he got into politics but is now back with this film. The muhurat for the new film took place at Ram Charan's new production office. He will is producing the film. His production company is called Konidela Production Company and they unveiled its logo a few days ago.
