With the audio already in stores and the film set for a grand scale release on January 9 for Pongal, there is an unexpected raise of title issue of thefilm.Girijan Student associations have raised an objection over the title, stating that the term ‘Naayak’ is reserved for use exclusively by people belonging to the Lambadi sect. The student representatives are demanding a change in the movie’s title.However, it is not yet known, what decision the filmmakers will take regarding the issue.
