Google code shows Android N tested on the Nexus 5

Image
Surprising everyone in the morning, Google today released the first Android N developer preview. While the developer preview is now available for download for the newly launched Nexus smartphones and tablets, it is not available for LG Nexus 5 (one of the most popular Nexus smartphones.)  The reason why Google didn’t release the Android N developer preview for the Nexus 5 is because it is too old now and has passed Google’s time frame for major Android updates. But it appears like Google might bring Android N to Nexus 5. A few digging in Google’s Git repositories revealed that Google is currently testing Android N developer preview for the Nexus 5 smartphone. You can check that here. Android N for Nexus 5 As you can see in the AOSP repositories, the Nexus 5 (hammerhead) is tagged with Android N Preview 1 and that is also Yesterday (March 9th). While Google is yet to make things official, but if it works then we might see Android N on Nexus 5 too.

Now when they are busy in preparing for the World T20, a new World T20 Anthem has surfaced on the Internet. And it is pretty amazing. Created by Royal Challenge Sports Drink, the video is basically a message from around “1.2 Billion fans of Cricket.”
