SharePoint Designer – Cannot display the item

To resolve the following issue while opening an item in SharePoint Designer 2010 .You have to delete your cache:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SharePoint Designer\ProxyAssemblyCache
