Microsoft officially unveils the new Windows 8.1 Update

After long rumors and leaks, Mirosoft has finally today unveilied its new Windows 8.1 Updtae 1 along with its new Windows Phone 8.1 Operating System at its Build Developer Conference 2014. As we seen in previous leaked builds, the new Windows 8.1 Update focuses much on improving the Windows Experience for those who are using it with a keyboard and a mouse. And for Touch Friendly devices, the new Windows 8.1 Update brings new improved context menus in the Modern UI. Overall the company has focused much to fulfill the user demands and make Windows 8 Operating System more lighter and smoother to operate on older hardwares with lower specifications. “We’ve improved its enterprise support and we focused on making it smoother and easier to use with people who have a mouse and keyboard focus,” Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore said. Windows 8.1 Update will bring Metro Apps to the taskbar, allowing users to quickly close or minimize it. Windows 8 Users will be able to download the update free of cost starting from April 8th.
