Police seized CD’s and arrested few culprits of Attarintiki Daredi leakage
Yesterday Attarintiki Daredi movie first half is leaked .Immediately cops jumped into action to get to the bottom and handled the damage not to spread. Teams of police officials raided shops across Hyderabad and have already identified a few culprits and arrests have been made in Machilipatnam.
“We raided several CD and mobile servicing shops since morning and have seized pirated discs of the film. The shopkeepers have been selling the disc for Rs.50. We have taken them into custody and we are conducting raids throughout the state,” a police official said.
A production source says that more arrests will follow. The anti-piracy division of the film chamber is also co-operating actively in the issue and they have traced certain ip addresses in the USA as well. The producers are planning to take legal action against these overseas offenders under the copyright act.
Attarintiki Daredi was originally scheduled to release Oct 9th, will now come out this Friday. Already booking started…….
