Ram Charan wishes to revive chiranjeevi's Hollywood movie Abu-Thief of Baghdad

 Megastar Chiranjeevi started acting in a hollywood movie in mid 90s and it was titled ‘Abu – Thief of Baghdad (Abu, Bagdhad Gajadonga in telugu).It was planned in a grand scale with a budget of 50 crores in those days and simultaneous release in english, hindi and telugu.After shooting for few days, the movie unit got into trouble with muslim community leaders complaining that, the production unit used holy quran papers dipped in tea and dried to make them look old for the movie.The producers left midway and project was stopped.After many years, chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan wants to revive this movie and fulfill his father’s dream of acting in a hollywood movie.Charan would be debuting into bollywood this year with remake of 1973 hit movie, Zanjeer, which will be released in summer of 2013 and talks are on to revive the hollywood project after zanjeer’s release.After conquering telugu film industry with blockbuster hits like ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Racha’, Ram Charan is all set to put his firm foot in hindi industry and go to national level by next year.After this, he is planning to go international and ABU, Thief of Baghdad could be the right platform.
