Vaibhav plans Khaidi sequel with Ramcharan
Yet another director’s son is planning to make a sequel with Chiranjeevi’s son, Ramcharan.After K.Raghavendra Rao’s son Suryaprakash, trying to prepare script for socio-fantasy movie Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari‘s sequel, now A.Kodandarami Reddy’s son, Vaibhav is planning Khaidi‘s sequel with Charan.Vaibhav acted as hero in few movies since his debut in 2007, but could not taste much success as an actor.Now under his father’s guidance, he is getting trained for movie direction and expressed his desire to direct Ramcharan in Khaidi’s sequel.Incidentally, his father directed Chiranjeevi in Khaidi(1983), which turned out to be a blockbuster hit and made Chiranjeevi a star.Paruchuri Brothers, who wrote script for the original movie are also interested in writing for a sequel and are in touch with kodandarami reddy.Charan is supposed to start two movies this year, one with Sampath Nandi and second with V.V.Vinayak.He also has plans to revamp Maerupu movie with another director.If this works out, we can see another action thriller from younger generation after almost 30 years.
