Powerstar Pawan Kalyan was excited by basic storyline of Deva Katta and now he wanted the director/writer to develop it keeping him in view as lead character.Pawan wanted deva katta to comeback with full script and he promised to give dates.Deva is contemplating on budget and other issues if Pawan is cast in lead role.This movie is based on rowdy politics in vijayawada and was announced when Ram Gopal Varma planned ‘Bezawada Rowdilu’
