Samsung Unveils Ultra-Thin Ativ Book 9 Laptop

As we are getting close to CES 2015, Samsung has now announced its thinnest and lightest notebook. Dubbed as Samsung ATIV Book 9 Ultrabook, this laptop is just 0.45 inch thick and will be available for purchase in 2015. The company also plans to bring it in CES 2015 next month. Samsung ATIV Book 9 packs similar design as other Samsung Laptops, but is lightest and thinnest among all of them. You can say it is company’s thinnest Laptop yet. The display is of just 12.2-inch with awesome resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The company says that it has also added an “outdoor mode” to the display of this Laptop, which means that if you are using it outdoor then the brightness will go up to 700. The Book 9 is powered by Intel’s new Core M processors, which was designed specifically for thin laptops. Samsung says that Ativ Book 9 will offer its users up to 10.5 hours of battery backup and along with that it also includes an Ultra Power Saving Mode, which will automatically shut down all non-essential services when your Laptop is running out of battery. It also doesn’t include any fan, so it will work smoothly and quietly. Samsung ATIV Book 9 The price of Samsung ATIV Book 9 is $1,200 for the 4GB memory model with 128GB of solid-state drive and $1,400 for 8GB RAM model with 256GB SSD. It will be available for purchase in Q1 2015.
