Samsung W2014 world’s first Snapdragon 800 flip phone for $1,640
Samsung has recently launched a new smartphone at their annual “Heart Of The World” Charity concert. Dubbed as Samsung W2014, the new Android Flip Phone looks similar to the previously launched W2013 smartphone. The new W2014 is powered by 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC with 2GB of RAM and runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Operating System. It has got 13-megapixel of rear and 2-megapixel front facing camera. It has also got Dual-SIM connectivity option and 32GB of Internal Storage with microSD card slot.
The phone comes with similar 3.7-inch Super AMOLED Display screen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution and 1900 mAh battery which is removable too. The Phone weighs 173.5g and there is currently no details regarding it’s launch date or price, but it is being expected that the price of W2014 will be beyond CN¥10,000, which is $1,640 USD.
