Since then, the developer company Thinixhas released several updates for its program, but this week the company has released a major update to its RetroUI Pro App. The latest version 4.0 offers full compatibility with the recently launched Windows 8.1 Operating System.
It also comes with some of the new features and many bug fixes. Including an update to it’s multi-user profile technology. Users who have downloaded and installed the previous version of RetroUI will have to uninstall it first before installing the latest Retro UI Pro 4.0.
This software is available in 32-bit and 64-bit version and for those who are using a 64-bit version Windows, are advised to install the 64-bit Retro UI Pro software as the 32-bit version will not work in 64-bit Windows 8.1. Thinix is still offering you a seven day free trial of RetroUI Pro 4.0 and after your trial period expires you will be charged $4.95 for a license to use it on your PC.
