CyanogenMod OS is Dead, New Lineage OS Unveiled!

After shocking users all around by announcing the shutdown of Cyanogen services yesterday, the CM team has some good news. The CyanogenMod team, what’s left of it, will use the CM source code and transition it into Lineage OS. The CyanogenMod ROM was and is still one of most used custom Android ROMs. A lot of users rely on the CM ROM to get the latest Android OS on their devices. When the OEM doesn’t support a device anymore, users could go to CyanogenMod to get the latest version Android running on their devices. Lineage OS will be a continuation of CyanogenMod, although it will be slightly different. It will still rely on the CM source code, and as Cyanogen mentioned in their obituary, anyone can use the open source-code to continue the work. 2017 is going to be a great year for Nokia lovers, As the Finnish Company is finally going to make a comeback in Smartphone industry with two new Android Smartphones.Rumors says that the Nokia-branded Android Smartphones could have 5-inch and 5.5-inch variants,The same will be named as Nokia D1C or D1 and Nokia E1. According to latest rumors by Nokiapoweruser, the Nokia D1 will feature a front facing rectangular fingerprint sensor which will also act as a home button. While the Nokia E1 is the one without fingerprint sensor!.Previously leaked Nokia D1C AnTuTu benchmark also reveals device specification. According to the AnTuTu Screenshot, The Nokia D1C features a 1920 x 1080 resolution display, 8 MP front and 13 MP rear camera. As leaked earlier, the device will be powered with Snapdragon 430, Adreno 505 GPU paired with 3GB of RAM. There is going to be a 32GB Internal storage, which may or may not be expendable.

OnePlus has finally started rolling out OxygenOS 3.5.5 for OnePlus 2, the new update also adds most awaited VoLTE support to the device. The new update costs 1.2GB and adds below new features to the OnePlus 2 Enabled VoLTE functionality for select carriers Added App Lock Added Battery Saving Mode ( Settings > Battery > More ) Added Gaming Mode ( Settings > Developer Options ) Added Additional Options for the Alert Slider. Google confirms it will launch two flagship smartwatches early next year

Jeff Chang, the product manager of Android Wear at Google, has confirmed that Google will launch two new flagship watches early next year. An important thing to note is that these watches will not feature Google or Pixel branding and will instead be branded by whichever company is manufacturing them. Chang did not disclose who the manufacturer is, but he did say that they have produced Android Wear devices in the past.  In addition, after the launch of these two flagship smartwatches, Android Wear 2.0 will also be rolled out to existing Android Wear watches. Asus ZenWatch 3 Goes Official in India via Flipkart Starting from Rs. 17599

Asus has announced the ZenWatch 3 in India, which is a stylish and customizable wearable device powered by Android Wear. Crafted with premium materials, the ZenWatch 3 comes in two strap variants i.e. Leather and Rubber. The Leather variant is priced at ₹18,999, while the Rubber variant costs ₹17,599.
