Popular Telugu actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on Thursday announced that he will contest the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections in 2019.He made the announcement while addressing a public meeting here.Pawan said his party's first office would come up in Anantapur.The actor-politician had last month decided to register himself as a voter in Eluru town of Andhra Pradesh.Pawan, who is a voter in Hyderabad, had asked his aides to take necessary steps to transfer his name to the voters' list in Eluru town in West Godavari district.He once again targeted Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for denying special status to Andhra Pradesh and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for accepting it. Pawan asked the two parties not to hurt the self-respect of people of the state and not to play with their sentiments.He rubbished the claims by the central government that under special package it was giving the state same assistance which it would have got with the special category status.Describing

Is the Megastar planning to arrive earlier than planned? Buzz in the industry is that Chiranjeevi’s comeback film may arrive earlier than planned release on January 13. The latest date one is hearing in the industry is that of January 11th which would mean preponement by two days. It would be a Wednesday release as opposed to Friday release initially. There are two ways to look at this release date, one is positive and the other is negative. If we take the positive side, a Wednesday release will give the film a bigger release. It can release in any number of theaters and then aim for day 1 record in two Telugu states. On the negative side, there are two issues, first of all, the overseas numbers would be impacted due to mid-week release. Megastar Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No 150 is one of the most anticipated movies of the year and the makers released the first-look posters "Very Happy and Excited to share dad's look with you all.. The VV Vinayak directorial, which marks the comeback of Chiranjeevi to acting after nine years, stars Kajal Agarwal in the female lead role, while Raai Laxmi appears in a special number. Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan recently announced about the movie's release, and it has been scheduled to hit screens worldwide as a Sankranthi release on January 13 2017.

This is a very huge paycheck considering her popularity and demand. Ram Charan next movie after Govindhudu Andarivadele was confirmed with Sreenu Vaitla and regular shooting of movie starts from March 5th. The movie is tentatively titled as ‘My Name is Raju’. Makers have earlier planned to rope in Shruti Haasan as female lead but she couldn’t allot the dates and now Samantha has opted out due to some other issue. Finally Rakul Preet Singh confirmed to romance Ram Charan in this movie. Anirudh Ravichander, who made a splash entry into films with chart buster song ‘Why this Kolaveri di’ is roped in to compose music for the movie. However, makers are yet to announce the complete cast and crew of the project, officially. DVV Danayya will be producing the film under his Universal Media banner. Anirudh (Kolaveri Di fame) is going to compose music for Ram Charan’s next movie. This film will be directed by Sreenu Vaitla. DVV Danayya is going to produce this movie on Universal Media banner.  Samantha is pairing up with Ram Charan for the first time with this movie. ‘My Name is Raju’ (inspired by a song in Chiranjeevi’s classic Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari) is the title under consideration for this movie.

‘Charan Arjun’ remains the title of an upcoming Telugu film to be produced by Geetha Arts. Recently they have registered this title at Film Chamber. The film title looks like Bollywood movie “Karan Arjun”. Still it is not known who will play the roles of Charan and Arjun in this movie. Well, ‘Charan-Arjun’ title looks interesting and raises expectations given that they refer to Mega heroes Ram Charan and Allu Arjun.  Currently Allu Arjun is busy with Trivikram’s S/O Satya Murty movie and Ram Charan is yet to start a new movie under Sreenu Vaitla direction after Govindhudu Andari Vadele.
