Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s upcoming movie ‘Toofan’ the Telugu version of Zanjeer is going to launch today at Shilpakala Vedhika. The audio launch of the movie ‘Toofan’ is reported to be effected by the Samikyandhra movement, say critics. As per the reports, Union Minister Chiranjeevi would not be attending the Toofan audio launch. The statistics say that about 60 percent of the Hyderabad Population is comprised of Seemandhra people while only 40 percent of the people are from Telangana. As Chiranjeevi had not supported the Samaikyandhra movement, the seemandhra public in Hyderabad would not attend the audio launch. Even before the release of his bollywood debut film ‘Zanjeer’, Mega Power Star ram charan creates waves in bollywood. He has got 10 offers from bollywood and this news was revealed by the director of the movie, Apoorva Lakhia, to an English newspaper. The director said, ” I know that he has been offered 10 films from Bollywood producers and he is in the process of deciding what to do. ram charan is fantastic actor and good dancer.He has also got good looks to make it big in this Hindi film industry. He is in a very good position, says Apoorva.” Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra teamed up with ram charan in ‘Zanjeer’. Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj and Mahie Gill played other lead roles of the movie. Some days ago, we heard the gossip that Mega Power Star ram charan would be working with creative director Krishnavamsi soon. Touted to be a multi-starrer, this movie was supposed to be having Victory Venkatesh and Superstar Krishna in the lead roles apart from ram charan. As per the grapevine, this movie has been confirmed and official press meet will be held in two days. More details of this project will be known on that day. Krishnavamsi's recent flicks such as 'Sashirekha Parinayam','Mahatma' and 'Mogudu' could not do well at the box office. From the time it has started the film ‘Zanjeer’ which is registering the debut of Ram Charan in Bollywood has faced a lot of troubles. Now, the film is just few weeks away from release but still troubles continue. The latest we hear is about a legal notice issued to the film’s director Apoorva Lakhia and producers Sumeet and Puneet Mehra. This has been given by Prince Tuli who has reportedly claimed that his bike was used in the film without his consent and he is demanding compensation and charges. The bike was seen in the song of the film and it was used by Charan. But it is heard that Apoorva Lakhia is just laughing this one off. He has reportedly stated that it is the producer’s lookout when he gets action vehicles so what Prince Tuli is doing is just a publicity stunt. ‘Zanjeer’ is scheduled to release on September 6th and the Telugu version is ‘Thoofan’ expected to release on the same date. South Star Singer Chinmayi Sripada, who dubbed for Samantha in her most of the films is now dubbing for Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra in Zanjeer. Priyanka has been traveling in the US since quite a while now to promote her album ‘Exotica’. And her absence from the city forced the makers to call in Chinmayi to dub for her role. Chinmayi has now become famous in Bollywood, thanks to the Titli song from recent release ‘Chennai Express’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. It is heard that, Priyanka never fumbled mouthing her Telugu dialogues in Telugu version titled Toofan. And even she said to dub on own for her role in Telugu too. But, with her other commitments she has now dropped the idea and it is the husky voiced singer Chinmayi who is dubbing for PC in Hindi and Telugu versions.
