Contract Administration:
• To analyze the new/renewed contracts and upload the Contractual, IP, Financial and Export Control details of the contract into LMS.
• To amend, renew, terminate and delete the contracts in LMS.
• Financial correction/update of contracts in LMS.
• To assign contract numbers in LMS.
• To run reports in LMS based on user requirements.
• Updating the Notes field of the contracts with the details provided by the customer.
• Daily/Weekly report to customers on all the work assigned.
Licensee Administration:
• To create new licensee/company with address, customer code and contact details in LMS.
• To update Oracle Customer Code in the company details.
• To update any licensee address, name or address and name changes in LMS as per the details provided.
LMS System Enhancement:
• Regular review of the database for enhancement.
• To get approval on enhancements and to approve QA/Production moves of new enhancements.
• To lead or be a part of the projects associated with database enhancement.
• Bi-annual review of access to LMS.
• Annual review of LMS for identifying and deleting (with approval) dead contracts.
• To support/interact with IT Team on LMS issues/enhancements.

• Any Finance Graduate. B.Com/BBA/BBM
